- What wall are you using? eg. Stud, Brick etc.
- What is the finished wall thickness? eg. Stud plus wall linings.
- Frame dimensions - reveal or overall wall opening size.
- Hinges required - welded to frame or backing plates (with backing plates hinges need to be supplied, either by us or yourself).
- 4 or more hinges - Hinge Centre Lines measured from top of reveal down.
- Lock height - standards are 1032 on a 2055 reveal and
1042 on a 2065 reveal
- Frame fixing - eg. wire ties, stud clips, strap fixing, partition (on new walls), tube fixing, c/sunk holes (on existing walls).
- Door dimensions.
- Door thickness and rating - eg. Non rated 35mm or 40mm or Fire rated mini at 38mm or maxi at 45mm - 47mm
- Is the door to be hinged on the RIGHT or LEFT hand side
WHEN THE DOOR IS OPENING TOWARDS YOU?
- Your name, contact number and fax number. Phone orders must be confirmed by fax on letterhead or purchase order before manufacturing can start.
