Frame Fixing - Dry Walls


Partition Frames
This is the partition fire door frame, made by conventional brake press methodologies.
Suitable for use on fire rated plasterboard partition walls. Up to four hour fire rating.
Steel or timber studs may be used.


Dry Walls


Standard Frame with Welded Straps

For use in non-rated and one hour fire rated partition walls. Steel or timber stud may be used.

 

Standard Frame with Taylors Snap Strap Fixing
Taylors new, innovative, environmentally friendly corrosion resistant, no welding strap. for use in non-rated partition walls.

Standard Frame with Stud Clip Fixing
This method of fixing standard press brake frames is suitable for use in non-rated partition walls.
Steel or timber studs may be used.


Frame Fixing - Masonry
 
Brick Work

Brick and Block Work Walls
Standard brake pressed frame.
Suitable for use in non-rated, one, two, three and four hour brick and block work walls.
Frame must be back filled for all fire ratings.

Concrete Walls and Retrofit Installations
Standard brake pressed frame.
Suitable for use in non-rated, one, two, three and four hour concrete and previously existing walls.
Frame must be back filled for all fire ratings.
